(2) 14 oz. cans (or one lg. can) chopped italian plum tomatoes (undrained)
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil flakes
1tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced or crushed in a garlic press
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated parmesan or shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 box fiori or other similar type pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Place a medium saucepan over low/medium heat. Once pan is warm, drizzle in the olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes (do not brown). Add tomatoes, red pepper, basil and salt. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Add cream and simmer until sauce begins to thicken slightly, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley and serve immediately.
