Ingredients:  
1/2 cup mashed potatoes (made without butter, salt or milk)
1 tsp teaspoon vanilla
2 lbs powdered sugar
ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add vanilla to potatoes. Next add the sugar. Mix enough sugar to the potatoes until they become thick enough to shape. Take a small ball and form it into the shape of a tiny potato. Put in a ziplock bag with ground cinnamon, shake gently. Place on waxed paper to dry.
