5 c. potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
4 T. butter
1 c. of wild rice
1 lb. bacon, crumbled
2 stalks celery
1 c. red onion
6 c. milk
1/2 c carrots
1 bag of frozen peas
3 T. seasoning
1 T. garlic pepper
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and crumble, saving 1 tsp. of grease; saute celery, onion, butter in bacon grease for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients into soup kettle and simmer approximately 2 hours for flavors to blend or until potatoes are tender.
