2 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 ¼ c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour, allspice, salt, soda, chopped apples and nuts. Mix well. Pour (it is very thick) into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (I use 4 small loaf pans). Add topping. Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes.

TOPPING:

¼ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. oatmeal
1 tsp. allspice

Mix together. This bread is great!!
