1 c. powered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first five ingredients together until batter glistens.
Spoon flour lightly into measuring cup and level off, don’t pack.
Add dry ingredients gradually to batter. Blend. Add vanilla & mix. Cover & refrigerate batter for easier handling. Roll about 1 tsp. of batter into balls and drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of glass, dip in sugar & flatten balls. Bake for 15 min in 350° oven.
