Unbaked pie shell
4 c. of cut-up rhubarb fresh or frozen – fill crust.
Make a paste of 1/3 cup flour, 1 c. sugar, and dash of cinnamon.
Use Pet milk to make a thick spreadable paste to spread on top of rhubarb in shell.

Make a topping of 3/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. white sugar, 1/4 to 1/2 c. of brown sugar, 1/3 cup margarine or butter blended into the sugar mixture. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Turn off oven until ready to serve.

Use this recipe also for apples or peaches. This is a very good recipe to prepare the pies and then freeze until baking.
