1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl combine the dry ingredients, and in a large bowl combine the wet ingredients. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, making sure it is well blended. Mix in your chocolate chips. Once everything is mixed together, line a bread pan with parchment paper, and pour the batter into the pan. (Also great in cookie form). Cook for 50-60 minutes.

With this one I used all whole wheat flour, put in 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup olive oil, and I didn't add nutmeg or cloves because I didn't have any and I don't care for nutmeg. I also put in 3/4 cup sugar and it was plenty sweet for me!
