16 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
1 small can spinach, drained well
1 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. regular mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt, drained
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Bake for 30 min. at 350º Best served warm. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, sourdough bread, small toasts, pita chips, pretzels...good with so many things, always a crowd pleaser.

There are so many versions of this recipe, but I love this one so much...the tartness of the yogurt really balances out the flavors.
