4 Pork chops (center cut)
4 Potatoes
2 Regular sized cans of Sauerkraut
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the pork chops well. Add just a little water to make liquid in the bottom of the pan. Place chops and liquid into a Crock Pot. Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces and place in the Crock Pot. Open sauerkraut, pour over the chops and potatoes. Mix well. Cover; cook on auto until potatoes are done and chops are tender. Serve hot.
