2 c. honey
1 c. cream
½ cube butter
Salt to taste

Heat all ingredients in sauce pan until soft boil stage. Then pour over freshly popped corn.

From Pam: This caramel corn is a step above anything you have ever eaten. Grandma Faun would make this every Christmas and put it in huge garbage bags, at least 2 of the big black ones. She would make it early because it stored well and it would disappear so fast. I remember one year she had to make another whole batch because we had eaten so much. She finally hid it in a closet.
