1 lb ground beef
½ c. rice
½ c. water
¼ c. onions
Salt and pepper

1 can tomato soup
¾ c. water
Garlic salt (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
1tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, rice, water, onions, and salt and pepper. Roll into balls and place in ungreased cake or casserole pan.

Mix together tomato soup, water, garlic, thyme, and worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat balls and cover with foil. Cook at 350 for 1-1 ½ hours.

The rice in the meatballs makes them look like porcupines, when cooked. Kids enjoy this analogy and they are also very tasty for adults. Shelley and I used to make these at BYU and then for our families.
