1 package yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water. In large mixing bowl, combine boiling water with shortening. Melt the shortening with the water. Add 1 c. warm water, eggs, salt, and sugar. Mix together. Stir in the flour one cup at a time. You may need another cup if the dough is sticky. Knead the dough. Grease bowl with shortening, and roll the dough in it so dough is coated. Cover loosely with plastic wrap over night. Grease 2 9x13 pans. Roll dough into small balls. Let rise for about 1 hour. Bake at 375 º for 15 to 20 minutes.
