2, 6-oz size Lime Jell-O
1 pk. Knox unflavored gelatin
2, 8-oz pks. Cream cheese
1, 20-oz can crushed pineapple
Add nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Make the night before to allow it to set up.

In a large bowl combine lime Jell-O, Knox gelatin, 4 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese and stir till melted (can use mixer). Add 4 cups ice and stir until ice melts. Add can of pineapple (undrained) & stir. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate until firm.

Mom found this recipe in the 1930' on the back of a Jello box. It has become our Family Favorite and is made for every holiday. It is a little way to keep her with us during the holidays.
