1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 unbeaten egg yolks
1 c. whole milk
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan. Add butter, rind, juice and egg yolks. Stir in milk. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Chill several hours and pour into pie shell. Serve with whipped cream.
