2 med onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
5 garlic pods,minced
parsley and onion tops to taste
3 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 slice lemon
red fish
cooking oil (canola if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions, bell peppers, garlic, parsley & onion tops in a sufficient amount of oil until well wilted. Add tomato sauce and paste and continue cooking. Add lemon and bay leaf . Add small amount of water; simmer for a couple of hours. Add seasoned red fish filets, cooking another hour. Gently stir so not to break up fish pieces.
