1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried figs
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup flaked coconut
3 tablespoons Cointreau (or orange liqueur)
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a food processor, finely chop apricots, pecans, figs, raisins and coconut together. (This can also be done by hand). Add liqueur and blend well.

2. Roll scant tablespoons of mixture into 1-inch balls; roll balls in granulated sugar to coat. Store in airtight container in refrigerator in pleated paper candy cups or wax paper.
