2 c. grated cheese (half cheddar, half monterey jack)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. ground walnuts or pecans
1 small onion, diced

Sauce:
10 oz. Heinz chili sauce
10 oz. grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together, shape into balls and bake at 350º for 20-30 min. Heat sauce ingredients in sauce pan and pour over the top of the meatballs and bake for 5-10 more min.

From Stacey: My sister Katie (our favorite family vegetarian!) was visiting friends in California who made this dish for her. It has become one of my favorites. Give it a try, it is delicious! Great for a chic appetizer.
