3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Frosting:
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and bake in preheated 350º oven for 30 min. then reduce heat to 300º for 3 min longer. Let cool, then ice with cream cheese frosting. Frosting: Mix butter and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar to desired consistency/taste.
