2 ¼ c. very warm water
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 tsp. salt
5-6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and water in bowl, add oil, flour, and salt. Mix well, then let dough rest for 10 minutes. Repeat mix/rest procedure 4-5 times. Divide dough into two balls, roll out each into a rectangle and roll up jelly roll style (lengthwise) and place each log seam side down on a large greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
