Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast cut into chunks
Chicken Bouillon or broth (I like to use the granules but you can use canned.)
1 Bag of frozen mixed vegetables

Noodles:
1 1/3 Cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken cubes in the stock pot (I like to sprinkle the bouillon granules on the chicken and let the flavor cook in and then just add the water). Once the chicken is cooked add chicken stock (or water) - 2 to 4 cups, and frozen vegetables. While it is coming to a boil mix the noodle ingredients into a stiff dough (If you like lots of noodles you may want to double the recipe). Roll out thin and cut into strips (a pizza cutter works well.) Add to boiling soup and let cook. It is that easy and oh so good!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I love this recipe of Grandma's (mom's) homemade chicken noodle soup. The soup recipe is really just basic but the thing that sets it apart are the homemade noodles. One bite and I'm back to my childhood. I really don't have amounts for this recipe. I just kind of throw things together.
