1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
1 can of Cream of Coconut
Cool Whip
Fresh Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake 1 box White Duncan Hines Cake Mix according to directions in a sheet cake or round cake pan. Omit 1/4 cup of the water and add 1/2 can of CREAM OF COCONUT. When done, punch layers full of holes with a toothpick and spread on remaining CREAM OF COCONUT. Let cool and frost with Cool Whip and cover with fresh coconut.

Refrigerate cake and keep cool.

This cake is EXCELLENT and a very COOL and REFRESHING dessert especially in summer.
