1 small red onion chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1 large ripe mango, coarsely chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped thin
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
1 /4 to 1/2 cup rinsed black beans

Can also use pineapple, nectarines, peaches in place of mango or in addition to mango.

Combine onion and lime juice.
Add and stir the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
