2/3 c. Butter, divided and melted.
1 c Brown Sugar, divided.
1 1/2 c. liquid eggs (i.e. Egg Beaters)
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 T corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla
2 or 3 T triple sec
12 slices of thick sliced white bread (Texas toast)

Drizzle 1/3 c. of melted butter into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 c of brown sugar on top, and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, half and half, corn syrup, vanilla and triple sec.
Dip a total of 12 slices of bread into egg mixture letting each piece soak then laying into two layers in pan.
Drizzle remaining 1/3 c of melted butter and 1/2 c brown sugar over top of bread.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 350º
Bake uncovered for 55 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.

Fat free half and half can be used.
