4 Breasts Pheasant (or chicken), cut into 1 inch strips
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
Cooking oil or shortening to cover pan

Directions:
Directions:
Place pheasant strips in bowl and pour beaten egg over top. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Dip & roll each strip in breadcrumbs to coat evenly. Place in skillet and cook 15-20 minutes, flipping to evenly brown each side.
