1 bunch broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces,
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced,
1 bunch seedless red grapes,
8 oz. pkg. shredded mild cheddar cheese,
1 lb. crisply fried bacon, broken into bits,
3/4 c. chopped celery,
2.25 oz. pkg. sliced almonds, toasted*

Dressing:
1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tblsp. apple cider vinegar

Toasted Almonds:
spsread almonds in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 8 - 10 minutes.

Directions:

Mix together the broccoli, onions, grapes, cheese, bacon and celery. Add the mixed dressing, stir and refrigerate overnight. Mix in the toasted almonds before serving.

I have done this the same day as I serve it just so it gets a little time to sit in the refrigerator in case you don't get time to do it the night before. We love this salad and it's so good for you!!!!
