2 or 3 chicken breasts.
1 clove garlic.
1 tsp. salt.
2 lbs. carrots.
1 pkg. celery.
1/4 tsp. caraway seed.
1 tsp. parsley flakes.
salt & pepper to taste.
noodles.
chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 onion, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil, depending on how much soup you want. Put chicken breasts in and bring to a boil. Drain water and throw away. Rinse pot and chicken breasts and refill pot with water and chicken. Add salt, pepper, caraway seed, parsley flakes, garlic and bring to boil. Add carrots, celery and onion and let simmer.
Cook noodles separately and add noodles to bowl before serving soup.
