6 oz. pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 1/4 lb.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream or milk (I use sour cream.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss contents of the stuffing mix and 1 2/3 c. water. Set aside. Place chicken breasts in 9x13” greased baking dish or 2-qt. casserole. Mix soup and sour cream (or milk) and pour over chicken. Spoon stuffing evenly over the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (Be sure and check chicken to see if it’s done by cutting into it with a knife. It can take a little longer to cook.) Internal temperature of chicken should be 160-170 degrees when done.
