Ingredients:
Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. + 2 T. liquid vegetable oil (Crisco)
1/4 c. skim milk
FILLING:
6 c. apples, peeled and chopped
3 T. flour
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/2 c. flour
3 T. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour and salt for crust. Add oil and milk. Mix until forms a ball. Roll ball out on floured wax paper with wax paper under and over the ball. Remove top sheet of wax paper and flip into 10-inch pie tin. I use the tines of a fork to go around the edges of the crust.
Mix filling ingredients together and pour into crust.
For topping, mix brown sugar and flour. Add oil and stir until mixture forms fine crumbs. Sprinkle over filling in crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until apples are tender (30-45 minutes). I usually put aluminum foil around crust edge while baking to keep it from browning too much.
