1 1/2 c. raw shelled peanuts with skins
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 quart casserole

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together peanut, sugar, syrup, salt cook 8 min on high in microwave. Stir well after 4 min.
Stir in butter and vanilla after 8 min.Microwave on high 2 min. Add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. Immediately pour onto lightly greased baking sheet. Quickly spread out thin. Break into pieces when cool. Store in air tight container
