Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lb. ground ham (I buy 4 lb. of the ham loaf mixture at Fareway, which has the ground ham and pork)
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Topping:
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 T. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground ham, ground pork, graham cracker crumbs, eggs and milk and place in 9x13” pan. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours. (Pan may be covered with foil for part of baking; I usually cover it the last 45 minutes to prevent over browning.) Remove from oven and drain off fat. Spoon sauce over top and bake 30 minutes longer, uncovered. Cut in oblong pieces for serving.
