5 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
2 Whole Eggs
1 3/4 C. Buttermilk
Caraway Seeds and Raisins to taste

Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat milk and eggs. Slowly add dry ingredients. Bake in black iron pan at 350º, for 1 1/4 hours. Makes one loaf.
