Personal Notes:
Mollie Griffin, owned Griffin's Irish House in Palenville, NY for many years. Her recipe comes from the Palenville Ladie's Auxilary Cook Book, done many, many years ago. A perfect St. Paddy's Day Cake! (thanks to Kathleen Clancy-O'Boye for letting me borrow this wonderful book, from the Palenville Girls!)
