4 lbs. ground beef
4 beaten eggs
2 (10.5 oz.) cans onion soup
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
TOPPING:
1 c. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together. Divide into 2 loaf pans. Bake 2 hours at 375º.
Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on meatloaves the last 15 minutes of cooking time.

This is one of my family's favorite dinners. I always cut it in half or even one quarter. The smaller amounts do not need to bake as long - closer to just an hour. I don't always make the topping as it is wonderful without it. The leftovers make fabulous hot or cold meatloaf sandwiches.
