4 cups diced apples
2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup nuts (optional)
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and apples. If using raisins or nuts, add these to sugar and
apples. Sift flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix altogether and pour
onto a greased 10x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with
whipped topping or cream cheese frosting.
