1 Package yellow cake mix, or spice or carrot
3 Eggs (or egg substitute)
3/4 Cup oil
1 11 oz can mandarin slices and juice
1 Can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 Large package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 12oz or larger Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake and eggs, oil and mandarin slices with juice, till well mixed and divide into 3 cake pans---bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350º oven. Filling--stir by hand
1 Can (#3size) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 Large package instant vanilla pudding
1 12 oz or Larger Cool Whip (only Cool Whip)

Stir well by hand and put on cake and use for filling.
