1 medium potato per serving
butter
salt, pepper, and paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut LENGTHWISE slices1/4-inch thick
through 2/3 of each potato, so they look like fans.
Put in a shallow baking dish and pour some melted butter over each potato. Sprinkle with salt, pepper,and paprika. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes (or a little longer) until tender. Baste with butter from the pan.
