1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Strawberry Jam
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 loaf Italian bread (16 oz), cut into 16 slices
1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread slices with cream cheese with strawberry jam on top of cream cheese. Layer in 13 x 9 casserole.
Mix eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Bake at 400º about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with maple syrup.
