1 butter cake mix
3/4 cups oil,
4 eggs,
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple (remove 2 Tbls. juice)
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer combine cake mix, oil, eggs and orange juice. Beat well.
Stir in oranges with a spoon.
Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the pudding and pineapple and add the Cool Whip.
When cake is cool, spread with topping and refrigerate overnight.
