2 tbsp. pasteurized egg substitute
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. butter
7 oz. crumbled graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg substitute with sugar until foamy. Melt butter and add to egg mixture using electric hand blender. Slowly add cocoa and milk mixing well. Stir graham crackers into mixture. Place mixture on a piece of tinfoil and shape it like a salami. Wrap it up and refrigerate until it hardens. Slice as you would a salami and serve.
