10 T unsalted butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 t. lemon zest
6 egg yolks
2-3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt, lemon zest and beat in egg yolks. Add flour. Dough will be stiff. If dough starts to crumble, add egg whites. Roll dough into an "S" shape. Bake at 350º for 12-15 mins.
