1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ salt
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in bowl and set aside.
Whisk together eggs, pumpkin, melted butter and chocolate chips in a bowl
Fold together wet ingredients with dry until moistened. Fill paper baking cups in muffin pan 2/3 full
Bake 20-25 minutes @ 350º
