1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1 box regular Jello Vanilla Pudding
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water ( I use Apricot Nectar)
Dash salt
3/4 cup Apricot Nectar (one can is enough for 1/2 and 3/4 cups)
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake in bundt cake pan.
Be sure to grease and flour pan.
Bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cake cool 10 minutes and
glaze with a mixture of 1 cup
of powdered sugar and the juice
of 2 lemons.

Put the lemons in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and you can get more juice out of
them.
