16 slices white bread
4 c. diced ham
16 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. corn flakes, lightly crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Trim bread. Grease 9x13" baking dish and layer the following:

2 c. ham
8 oz. Swiss cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
Repeat layers.
Combine milk, eggs, onion salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the layers and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Spread over top of egg bake. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes till center is set.
