1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 11 oz can corn or Mexicorn, drained
2 tomatoes, diced in to small pieces
2 avocados, diced in to medium pieces
1/4 cup red onion, diced fine
6 green onions with greens, sliced fine
1/4 cup canola oil
3 to 5 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less per your taste)
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except for avocado, which should be added just before serving. Refrigerate/let stand for at least an hour prior to serving. This dip can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Serve with chips.
