1 - 8OZ package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup mint chocolate chips melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Process everything but the chocolate chips with an electric blender until smooth.

Add melted chocolate chips. Process until smooth.

Spoon batter evenly into 24 cups of mini muffin pans lined with paper liners.

Bake 15-18 minutes, or until set. Let cool in pan. Cover and chill.
