2 ruffed grouse
salt & pepper
rosemary
thyme
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of mushroom & garlic condensed soup
water or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place grouse in crock pot. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Pour soup over grouse.

Cover and cook on LOW for at least 8 hours. Add water or chicken broth as needed to make your desired consistancy of "gravy".

Serve with lots of the "gravy" since wild game tends to be dryer than grain fed.
