Base:
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can Hershey syrup
1 c. and 1 T. flour
First Layer:
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk
2 T. creme de menthe or 3/4 tsp. mint/peppermint extract and green food coloring
Second layer:
6 T. margarine
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
For base, cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Mix in rest of base ingredients. Pout into 13x9 or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
First layer - Beat all ingredients well. Spread over base. Refrigerate until cool and set.
Second layer - Melt ingredients together. Cool. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
