bag of frozen waffle cut potatoes
green onion, sliced
jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
tomato, chopped
black olives, sliced
bacon, cooked and crumbled
shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes in a single layer, according to package directions. In a baking dish, layer half of potatoes, toppings and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
