Florance's Cranberry Salad
From the kitchen of Loreen Clark
Ingredients
1 package of cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapples
2 cups marshmallows
1/2 pint or 8oz whip cream
Directions
Wash and pick over the cranberries. Then grind cranberries using a blender, food processor, or salad shooter. Add sugar to cranberries and let stand for 30 minutes. Add crushed pineapple and marshmallows, mix well. Fold whip cream into cranberry mixture and refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours.
