Cabbage Rolls with Cream Recipe

2 cups Rice
1 - 2 pkgs Bacon
2 Onions
Head of Cabbage
Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon into small pieces
Dice onions
Cook rice
Mix cooked rice, bacon and onions together.
Prepare cabbage as for regular cabbage rolls.
Roll rice mixture in cabbage leafs and place seam side down in casserole dish.
Add about 1/2 cup water, cover and bake at 325º for about 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked. Make sure there is always water in bottom of dish(may use chicken broth).
When cooked drain off liquid leaving a couple of tablespoons in pan.
Add one mid size container of cream.
Turn heat down to 275, put lid back on and bake for additional 1/2 hour.

Note: These are a really good variation of the standard cabbage rolls in tomato sauce.
